Also contains a letter from Local 41 stating that A. Flom is a member of the union; a photo of Flom and four other workers; and a civilian identification card issued by the Army Airbase in Sioux City.

Abert Flom was born in Madison, Wisconsin on May 27, 1889. He moved to Sioux City, Iowa and joined the Plasterers' union. He was a member of the union for more than fifty years.
